Wisper 905e

Wispers 905eco is here in store for the first time. A very decent bike for the cost. After riding for a few days now it is quite impressive - not so comfortable as the sport or city and due to the fixed handlebars the bike has a more rigid position to its cousins. One advantage is it’s weight. Not as heavy as it’s cousins due to the lack of suspension forks etc. Not a bad bike indeed!!

Urban Mover UM26S arrives....

Well my first Urban Mover bike has arrived today. It is the Urban Mover UM26S folding electric bike.

On first impressions I must say it is very neat. Appears well built and looks ok as well. Nice silver colour. It is a pedelec bike so has no throttle operation. I have had a quick little ride to see what it is like and it is quite nice indeed! All folding mechanisms seem great. Very quiet bike and smooth and the 5 speed sturmey archer hub gears also work well. I will now look forward to giving it a nice long ride as soon as possible.

Arrival of the Wisper 806 Alpino folding electric bike

The arrival of the Wisper 806 Alpino folding electric bike has been a long time coming but now it is here in store for testing. So far it looks and feels very good. I am very impressed by how quiet it is and the power seems better than the 806fe as well. The various assist modes are also an improvement and the addition of the computer built in to the controller is also a nice little touch. I will post more on this machine a.s.a.p

Meanwhile yesterday we decided to try and reach Bewdley from the vineyards which was a journey of over 38 miles including a good few miles of hills to boot! Furthermore we returned with charge still going strong and showing no signs of fading. The route to Bewdley will soon be added to the site.

Record July

Well sales in July have been better than ever. I am hoping August will be the same! Not many people hiring bikes out though - must be too cold.
